To help serve you as quickly as possible, we have built a list of FAQs to help you find the answers you seek without searching or waiting. Additions will be made as other questions arise:
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: We offer flat-rate shipping rates, based on total product weight: Orders up to 5 pounds ship for only $5. You can find a detailed explanation of shipping rates and methods here.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Sorry, at this time we are only offering shipping within the United States. We hope to offer shipping to our international friends in the near future, though. Keep watching!
Q: Do you have a brick-and-mortar store I can visit?
A: We don't have a physical storefront at this time. We are however very excited about this being a possibility in the future. And if you live near us, we offer on-site order pick up AND local delivery so you can place an order online, then come pick it up at your convenience when it's ready or have it hand-delivered to you. Take THAT you dreaded "porch pirates"!
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: We do not charge sales tax at this time. Because we pay sales tax when we purchase our inventory, we are the end consumer. What we sell to you is now considered "resale" not "retail" and sales tax can't be collected twice on the same products.
Q: Are your products new or used?
A: Good question! While we may occasionally offer used products that are still in good sellable condition, the bulk of our inventory would be considered new. To clarify, a lot of our products are open-box "returns" - they were purchased by someone then returned to the retailer because it did not suit their needs for one reason or another. Sometimes they were tried or tested briefly before return, sometimes the original packaging was never even opened. When necessary, we clean and disinfect products when we test and photograph them before re-packaging them. Every product page has a descriptor to let you know if a product is "New", "Used-Like New", or other condition (anything in less than "Like-New" condition is noted with what rated this lesser condition.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Our standard shipping methods arrives within 3-4 business days. We do not at this time offer faster shipping due to expense. But we will continue to look into available options so we can offer an affordable way to get orders to you quicker!
