Shipping and Payment Methods

The following delivery options are available:

Processing Times: Orders placed on business days (Monday - Friday) will ship within 24 hours. Business days do not include weekends or US public holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will ship the following Monday. If your order is placed during a US public holiday it will ship the next business day. 

All digital products ordered will be delivered immediately via email. 

IMPORTANT: During sale events, processing times will be slightly affected. Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing.


Standard Shipping - 4-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver.

  • 0-5 lbs.               $5.00
  • 5.01-10 lbs.        $10.00
  • 10.01-20 lbs.      $15.00
  • 20.01-30 lbs.      $20.00
  • 30.01-40 lbs.      $30.00
  • 40.01-50 lbs.      $40.00
Shipping rates for packages over 50 lbs. will be calculated by the carrier and shipped via UPS Ground Saver.

* FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over $50! Orders over 20 pounds total weight do not qualify.





Order Tracking: As soon as we print your packing slip and label you will be sent an email with your shipping confirmation and your tracking number.

Please keep in mind, there may be a delay up to 2 business days between when your tracking number is generated and when the carrier registers the package in the system.


On-Site Pick Up is available 10am-9pm every day (exceptions may apply - contact us to schedule pick up outside of these hours or on holidays). You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up, usually within 1 hour. Please show your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.  No fee for on-site pick up.


Local Delivery is available within the city limits of Mexico, MO and on main paved roads within 5 miles of city limits - $20 order minimum. You will receive an email when your order is ready for delivery. Order confirmation must be shown at time of delivery. $3.00 delivery fee.

 

NOTE:
Orders Shipped to Export/Forwarding Agents
Orders shipped to Export Companies, Forwarding Agents, or other such business entities for the purpose of forwarding them to international destinations will be considered FINAL once we have shipped them. We will not be responsible for any such orders that are not successfully delivered to the end destination. We will assist, as much as possible, in filing claims for lost packages with UPS, but orders that show delivered to the shipping address provided, or at least show having reached the destination zip code will NOT be refunded until/unless we receive the item(s) back, undamaged and in the condition they left us in.
