Return Policy

Your satisfaction and happiness are important to us!

We strive to ensure that every product we sell is in good condition and worth well MORE than we are selling them for. Many of these products are retailer returns that have had little to no actual use. Since they have been handled to an unknown extent, the possibility of imperfections should be expected. 

To ensure that every purchase is received well, every product we sell (as applicable) is:

  • visually inspected for damages and/or defects
  • checked for the presence of all necessary parts and components\
  • tested for proper function where applicable (to the extent of our ability - for instance, we can't install computer components, car parts, etc. and we can't test EVERY function of EVERY product)
  • packaged well to avoid shipping damage

Products with major damages, defects, or missing parts that greatly affect their usability are either 1) discarded, 2) saved for parts, or 3) donated, as applicable. Products with minor shortcomings that do not much affect their use will have these shortcomings noted and highlighted in the product information, and will be priced accordingly. This includes repairs of minor issues.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. In addition, we offer FREE returns - we do not charge return fees or re-stocking fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags where applicable, and in the original packaging (again, where applicable).

To start a return, we recommend you log in to your customer account at https://account.rosbargainbazaar.com, review your order, and request a return using our self-serve returns feature. Here, you will be able to review our return policy, your expected refund amount, and return instructions. OR, you can contact us at support@rosbargainbazaar.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If you need help with a return shipping label for cost and/or convenience, that shipping cost will be deducted from your return.

Be sure you package your return well enough to avoid damages during return shipping - you can use the way we shipped it to you as a guide. You can always contact us for any return question at support@rosbargainbazaar.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@rosbargainbazaar.com.

Ultimately, we want you to be happy. If you have a problem with something you purchased, please contact us and give us a chance to help you. Defects, damages, and other errors are bound to happen no matter how hard we try to avoid them and we are not just willing to correct these situations - we WANT to correct them.
